Last night was Mercy Malaysia 's Annual Fundraising Dinner. Mummy, Halimy, Bobby, his wife, Ellen, Nazrin, Jennifer, Lee John, his girlfriend and I filled a table purchased by Selatan this year. *if it wasn't for my dear Auntie Jim, knowing me, I would have avoided such events due to the fact that its dress code being formal hehehehe* Dressing up for the event, I finally got to wear my white kaftan looking baju kurung which was made for last two year's Eid *LOL* . Hmm... after re-reading my last post I just noticed how fugly the colour combination was... Please forgive me as I was only using one eye and the effects of the general anaesthetics were clouding my judgement on colours thus making me truly colourblind... Enough of that... My mum took me to see the eye doctor today... It is abit overdue... about 20 years? Why you ask? Well... we are born with two eyes... when we first get our visions our brain is teaching us how to use the eyes... that's why some infants eyes seemed abit misaligned that's because they are still adjusting... Unfortunately for me... my brain decided to take a short cut... instead of aligning the two eyes to work as one... it decided to just use one at a time... This had made my eyes abit independant... While I see an object with my left eye... my right eye decides to go see something else... The doctor was having fun pointing this out to me... of course I couldn't see it for myself so... Come see... look... see how the eye tries to realign everytime I close different eyes? And this is when my mum and two intern nurses went forward to see me "perform"... What the *toooooot* ... ARGH!!! I was vaccuming the house yesterday with the brand new steam vaccum from OSIM. I guess from the exhaustion of all the work, I wasn't being careful... They weren't kidding when they said it was 120 degrees steam. There I was idly vaccuming each cushion of the living room's upholstery when suddenly... the suction grasp the skin on my right thigh and steamed it as well!!! My reflexes were down so it took me awhile to realise what was happening until I felt the pain... DANG!!! So lesson learnt... Always be alert while vaccuming with a steam vaccum. For now the house is fully steam vaccumed... Fleas are supposed to get themselves killed at the temperature of 40 degrees... if 120 degress don't kill them... I don't know what will! I should get my cats from the vet's soon... Hopefully the remaining flea survivors will try to get their hands on my flea treated cats and get themselves killed in the process... The house is infested with cat fleas!!! ARGH!!! At first I thought it was only mosquito bites... Then today... "What's this?" I grabbed one flea trying to figure out what it was and it jumped off me and disappeared!!! WARGH!!! This is the second time my house gets overpopulated by this hardy pesky pests!!! The first was in our Kelana Jaya house and it was so bad that it made my mum cry and we had to call the exterminator and bomb the whole house with insectiside!!! *Ok... I should get a hold of myself... Don't panic...* Yes of course... The first thing that came to mind was... GOOGLE IT!!!... And that's what I did...
