The Crazy Monkey

They said beggars cannot be choosers... Although I get a really yummy specked XPS as an upgrade but this is abit ridiculous! Yes... My bosses has a great sense of humour... They called it "Pinkify The Monkey Project" Phase 1... ... Damn!

... *kissing the bandwidth floor!* I've been going crazy and totally helpless for the past few days... Why? Because of Taiwan's earthquake. No... I'm not that of a humanitarianist freak. I'm worse... I need my internet. Finally at 0054 hours today... I managed to log back in MSN and patch up a few games! I guess this is probably one of those few times that I am not able to vent out my frustrations at anyone or at anything as it is the work of God. *I can't be cursing God now right?* So what have I been up to? Alot actually... But still in no mood to write about anything. So please bear with me if my posts are abit like me... disoriented. Last night I had dinner with RS and the rest. We went to King Crab restaurant. *even though it was only probably a 15 minute walk to Fatty Crab... idiots!* Couldn't enjoy the meal... because they ordered pork and frogs legs... wtf?! I ended up eating rice with some fish and lots and lots of mantou... =P It wasn't all for no...

Wowee!!! I finally got my hands on a Shuttle XPC!!! After 3 long years of drooling over it... I got myself one as a birthday treat! What are you looking at you ask? That little toaster sized box on the right is the computer... Yes... it is! I'm not joking! Complete with Intel Pentium D 3.4GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 250GB HDD, DVD Writer *forgot the spec* , added-on an MSI NX7600GS Graphics Accelerator and 2 x 19" LCD Monitor running on dual mode! Woo Hoo!!! This feat is made possible by combining my Hari Raya ang pao *well lu pao since its green... wait mixing mandarin and cantonese already... hahahaha* with my graduation ang pao mummy gave me! Hmm... Actually... I didn't spend that much... But then again... I don't normally spend this amount of money unless I really really really really really had to have it... and I think 3 years is long enough don't you think? Hehehe... I shall stop justifying my purchase now... In the mean time... forgive me for my absence and m...

I have made the switch! Yes... We are now experiencing the world of Blogger Beta! A fully Google integrated environment... Making blogging life simpler... No more republishing pages as it is now on a database! Ok... I'm rambling...

When we first opened up the cyber cafe... the only affordable yet high speed internet connection available for the area was ISDN... Although we are charged by the minute... we were still contented... Now the cafe was shipped to Kerteh, Terengganu and the internet connection is the high speed broadband of ADSL... *we were like waaaahhhhh* Today... the office is equipped with an ADSL line *which is still based in Shah Alam same lot as the initial cyber cafe* ... Here comes my frustrations... I want to build a server which will host the companies's web and email as well as the web of my final year project... In order to have a sound web server which will be working 24/7... I need an SDSL line with a fixed IP... *still dreaming of it* The problem... First... I registered to set it up at home... Oh, we're sorry but the premise you registered for is a few metres too far from our exchange and it doesn't reach your area. Would you like to try our Wireless Broadband for RM88? Next.....

After hours of toiling over HTML Tags and Reformating them to fit this new site... I have finally migrated to BLOGSPOT! Why Blogspot you ask? I also dunno... Maybe because of the challenge of migrating? Or maybe just plain boredom... Anyway... I WILL TRY to update the blog as often as I can so... for now... that's all folks!
