Total hours of fasting on board a plane and getting cracked lips due to dehydration... 20 *the stupid plane was following the sun... and I only was able to break fast when we landed!* Total weight lugged around getting on the train and taxi to get to their house... 35kg *a rice/porridge cooker, bags of instant ketupats, kuih lapis from sarawak given by yambo, cai po for laksa johor... etc... oh crap! I forgot the lime!* The nonsenses I consumed when it was time to break fast... 1 bag of airline nuts & 2 cans of pepsi *maximum sugar rush and salt junkie fix on an empty stomach!* Amount spent on the taxi ride... 20 quid *equivalent to RM140... too blur, weak and hungry to spend any TIME figuring out tube and bus routes from Paddington Station... rather spend money* Total hours spent trying to sleep in 48 hours... 5 *2 after packing... 3 on the plane... dang!* The looks on the faces when they finally figured out who was holding the camera... PRICELESS!!! *Waaaahahahahahhahahahahaha...

Finally I have uploaded the pictures!!! Last month "The Golden Girls" and I went on a trip to Penang. The purpose? Makan Spree! =P From left to right... Introducing my mum driving, the ultimate mong char char auntie, the not so silent observer and the co-pilot and ultimate kanchiong auntie who is also the banker. It was broiled in herbal soup. *No... it was not too early for coke* After breakfast they all HAD to find the "Best in the World" egg tarts from the market and so we parked at the roadside and had them fresh from the oven egg tarts as a snack before lunch? Or was it for dessert? But we just had "Jambu Air"? *What's Jambu Air in english? Red Guava? Water Guava?"* Anyway... we continued driving towards our destination. The golden gals in the back s...

When you are young you believe that your mummy knows everything... My mummy used to know what airline and what type of plane it was in the sky by just looking at it... *she used to run a travel agency* and I would listen in awe that my mummy knows everything... Now I'm all grown up... and had for quite a number of years argued with facts and knowledge with my mummy... I believed that somethings she just don't really know... *like IT stuff and things like that* ... But one thing will never change... My mummy really knows her way with people... We just came back from our Singapore trip... My mummy and I... Me with my brand new Harry Potter book hitting the parks trying to read... *get caught in the rain too many times... lousy rainy season* ... My mummy meeting her typical business principals of whom I'm so familiar with... *because my mummy and I have been on these type of trips ever since I could remember* ... We would stay in the same hotel... This trip... the doorman who...
